We recently bought a home in a 55+ community with Kelly as our agent. Let me begin by saying this is our 7th home purchase and of all the agents we've hired (and fired) over the years, Kelly is hands down the absolute best. We had our hearts set on a particular subdivision in Lake Saint Louis with very specific desires for the home and lot. Kelly listened carefully and sprang into action. She did not try to steer us into something we didn't want; yet, helped to steer us away from several properties that we thought we might like because of ridiculous asking prices or other features of the home and lot that we were not previously aware. Kelly also is an aggressive negotiator and does anything and everything in the best interests of her clients. Additionally, Kelly is very energetic, friendly and personable. Finally and perhaps most importantly, Kelly is ALWAYS available. After the sale? Kelly stays in touch to help with any transition issues and has a plethora of contacts for home improvement projects, etc. She returns calls and texts promptly and it was not unusual for her to send us emails in the wee hours to update us on new properties and happenings in the area and with our deal. In other words, Kelly is all in for her clients and as close to a 24/7 agent as you will find. I cannot recommend Kelly high enough and encourage anyone looking for a 55+ community to contact Kelly - you'll be glad you did!!!
