Saying that Lance is amazing is not doing him justice. This man is a super hero, he is so nice and generous. I liked working with him so much, that I have recommended him to all my friends.
Here is how my experience went. First off, Lance showed me different neighborhoods to consider, which was great and helped me feel like I was doing a more well-rounded search when looking for my property.
I was feeling down on looking for a place to live and had been feeling defeated when working with other brokers. Lance, said in our first meeting "we are going to get you what you want!" and he did!
He looked at a lot of places with me and was always honest with me about if it was a good buy or not. He also recommended people to help me get an inspection, my attorney, etc. I was so new to the area that I didn't even know who collected my trash or where to sign up for water. He helped with all of that as well.
Honestly, he made a very stressful process fun and we laughed a lot. I cannot say enough good things about him.

Without hesitation we would recommend 55places.com. Lance Mchan is knowledgeable, experienced and very professional. Lance was always a step ahead, advising us of areas and its benefits. When we got to a short list of houses, he went to them all, gave us his best opinion and facetimed us so we could do a pre-walk through the house and its surrounding neighborhood
Once we arrived in town to see a large number of houses, we quickly found that Lance totally steered us right, Not just the house itself, it was in total regarding the neighborhood and schools for our 3 children.
He negotiated hard for us on the house we set our sights on and did the deal always going the extra mile. Once the house was purchased, Lance assisted us to ensure the house was ready for us to move in straight away and even went to the house the day before we moved it to make sure everything was working and the air conditioning was on for our late night arrival to the house. Lance even left us a gift card for a great restaurant near the house so we could find a great first meal in town!
We cannot say enough about Lance and his team. He totally went above and beyond for us.

Lance Mchan made all the difference in the world in our house hunt. He helped guide us through the entire process and was our tireless advocate from start to end. I would not be in my gorgeous house if I had chosen another realtor. He is your best choice to buy or sell a home. I can't say enough good things about Lance, I'm a huge fan. You'll need his deep bench of experts somewhere in the process. He was always patient with us, never rushed us. He really wants you to be happy, even if it's not the biggest sale. He's completely genuine, and a great find. Even in this turbulent market he remained calm and centered the entire process. I can't recommend Lance Mchan enough!
