Linda Mardegan is the most professional realtor I have ever worked with. We lived out of state and Linda searched for our dream home with all our criteria. She would video the homes that she thought was what we were looking for and we bought sight unseen. Linda has all the legal paperwork and forms organized where we had nothing to worry about. I have referred Linda to many friends, family and acquaintances. Linda Mardegan is the best.

Linda Mardegan was by far the best real estate agent we have ever dealt with. Having to sell the house remotely might have been difficult but for Linda's take charge attitude and hard work getting the property in shape for sale and keeping it that way as we traversed a bit of a slump in the market and still attained a good result
