Liz is absolutely amazing. She is knowledgeable, thorough, responsive and extremely patient. She was our agent for buying our new home and selling our existing home. My wife and I so appreciated the help Liz provided earlier this week escorting us to Active Adult / 55+ communities in the Raleigh area. She shared with us the exact information we needed and was a congenial guide to the communities we visited. As we drove between sites (in separate cars because of the pandemic), she briefed us by cell phone on what to expect at the next location - not a moment was wasted! With her help, we were able to accomplish a great deal in a short period of time...and enjoyed every minute we spent with her.
