We sold our house in one day. We called Martha and she was relentless in helping us find a 55 over condo community to purchase. We must have looked at 20 condos when we found a 2 bedroom in Kings Points Southampton community. Thank You Martha.

Martha Molos is, in my opinion, an exemplary real estate professional. From start to finish, she provided excellent service regarding the purchase of my condo here in Wynmoor Village. She is up-to-the-minute regarding available properties, and was adept at finding homes that matched my "must have" list. She has a great "eye" and is able to point out strong points as well as concerns regarding a particular property. Martha understands the complexities of the real estate buying/selling process, and was skilled at navigating me through all of it. She is a strong advocate and an articulate spokesman. Her responses to my questions were precise and immediate. The entire purchase, from locating my unit to the closing, was a very positive experience, thanks to Martha's professionalism and courtesies. If there were a higher rating than 5 stars, I'd give it to her without question!
