This is our second time working with Michele and she continues to be
detail oriented, very patient and responsive all along the way. We especially appreciate her down to earth honesty.
She recently helped us sell a duplex which had a complicated situation
of existing tenants still residing there. This was also during the COVID pandemic and required more coordination with interested buyers. We had many questions throughout the process and despite all of this, she guided us smoothly and got the home sold within a short period.

Michele is the seller's agent when we brought this property. After a few months, we decided to scrap our initial plan to make modifications due to higher cost and longer time to get all the necessary permits and work done. Instead, we decided to sell the property instead so we contacted Michele to help. She has been very understanding of our situation and is particularly knowledgeable about the Brisbane market. She was able to get our house listed, sold, and close escrow within 3 months and meet our selling price target.

We were so fortunate that we found Michele Jauregui of the Voyage Real Estate Team, she made buying our home during the pandemic a great experience. Michele was very quick to respond and extremely willing to show us the homes. Most importantly, while people were over bidding for properties by crazy amounts, we were able to purchase our home at the price we were extremely happy with because of Michele's guidance.
