Michelle is one of the best realtors that we have worked with. As a very picky, first-time home buyer, she makes the process much stress free. She is attentive and very efficient. She really add a personal touch to the home buying process!

We hired Michelle Jones to sell our property and she expertly managed the sell, surpassing all our expectations. Michelle was the third agent we worked with over the years and was by far the best. From the day of hire, we immediately felt in good hands. Michelle was instantly responsive to texts and calls and took every step to make us feel supported and safe through the challenges of a home sale. With Michelle’s help, our home sold on the first day! We only held that one open house, which she worked herself, and we received our offer with $15,000 over asking price. We also chose a quick escrow structure that sped up the process and Michelle expertly researched the neighborhoods for strong comps that led our home to appraise at the $15,000 higher price offered by the buyers. From start to finish, Michelle was there, making sure all was going smoothly and that we felt that our vision for the sale mattered. I really appreciated that she enlisted us as partners in the sale rather than telling us what to do. She asked for our thoughts prior to posting descriptions and photos to make sure we were adequately represented. In short, hiring Michelle was the best decision we made to sell our home, and it paid off. She has a beautiful reassuring personality that helped us stay calm through the ups and downs of a sale. We recommend her without reservation.

My 93 year old mother listed her home with Michelle Jones in February. There were 60 other homes for sale in her retirement community. Michelle hosted an estate sale to help my mom deal with downsizing. Michelle worked tirelessly to ensure that a steady stream of people were looking at her home. She brought us an offer, which we accepted. There were contingencies, but with her help, it all worked out. Escrow was set to close on Aug. 20. The buyers were in a bind and requested we move on Aug 7 and close the 8th. We did move out on the 7th, then the buyers made change after change after change and we did not close until Aug 21.

Michele was fantastic through all this. She was so patient with my mom as all this uncertainty was difficult for her (all of us, actually). She explained everything, always answered the phone and went above and beyond to make this difficult transaction happen!!!

My mother and I cannot imagine how we would have gotten through this - or IF it would have happened at all, without Michelle!!

My mother and I cannot thank her enough for the countless hours she spent helping us sell mom’s home. We would give her the highest recommendation possible! We are two very happy and appreciative clients!! If you want the best, enlist Michelle Jones.
