I had just moved here to be closer to my children and grandchildren. I was just going to rent as I will be here year round. I had been doing my own research until I signed up on 55places.com. That evening my inbox had Pamela Watkins homes and condos and everyday after I woke up to Pam. She guided me along with referrals for financing, home inspection and insurance. Wow this one stop shop is the place to go. Now I wait on closing my condo in Saint Petersburg. Could not have been easier. I highly recommend Pamela.

Pamela was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything concerning the process. Being a Swedish retired couple not familiar with the process Pamela was excellent in every step. Now when the Contract is signed we wait for the closing. We decided to buy in Highland Lakes on Lake Tarpon Community. Very nice area.

After reading previous reviews about Pam, it is obvious that my experience is not unique and I anticipate that other glowing reviews will follow. I am retired and in the process of buying my 14th home, all with the help of a realtor. Pam is obviously a star performer, a tireless professional, and a priceless asset in a home search/purchase.
