Patrick knows the area, knows what to look for in a house. He knows what he's doing. Because of that, he saves me a lot of time running around. I could pin down exactly what I should look for.

Patrick helped myself and my fiance out with our first home purchase. There were a couple of "fixer-uppers" I was interested in but after Patrick did some digging, we agreed that they would have been poor investments. Patrick did all of this after only talking to him on the phone a couple of times before we were even locked in to a Realtor. Because of his initiative in doing this research, we felt like he had our best interests in mind and wasn't out there to make a quick buck and sell us the first thing we saw. After sending him several properties that I found online that we were interested in, we put in an offer on a house and ended up getting it. Through the whole process he was there to answer questions and email on off hours and reassured us that he had our best interests in mind. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a thoughtful Realtor.
