I love being a 55+ real estate agent because of all the amazing people I get to meet and serve throughout the process of finding their next home and or selling their current home. It is truly the most rewarding feeling to be a part of their journey and help them successfully realize their dreams and be instrumental in seeing their goals come to fruition! I started in Property Management when I was 19 years old and have been writing contracts and helping folks find housing in one capacity or another ever since. For the last 10 years I got my Florida Real Estate License to sell and now specialize in the Active Adult Lifestyle niche and have never looked back. So 30+ Years serving folks looking to relocate has been a very fulfilling career for me and no desire to retire-lol! From beaches, boating, and bike trails to golf, nature trails, parks, estuaries, a manatee sanctuary, and cultural events, the region offers a diverse range of activities. The area is rich in history, The Casements Cultural Center, formerly JD Rockefeller's summer home on the Halifax, is a beautiful venue for local festivals. With a myriad of dining options and friendly locals, the area offers a vibrant and enriching living experience. For those interested in 55+ communities, my tip is to thoroughly explore both the community itself and the surrounding areas where you'll engage in daily activities. The right home in the wrong neighborhood is still the wrong home. Ask residents what they like and don't like about their community, you will get the truth. Most of us have ambassadors in each neighborhood that we can connect you with. On a personal note, I love to zipline & know how to operate a bobcat, boats, 4 wheelers, jet skis, and snowmobiles. I am a bit of an adrenaline junkie.
