Roger found his way to the Emerald Coast by way of a small southern town located in North Alabama. Roger and his wife of over thirty years have vacationed all along the Emerald Coast from Gulf Shores, AL to Panama City Beach, FL. When the opportunity presented itself to own his little piece of paradise, he and his wife wasted no time in moving to the gorgeous Watersound, FL area. Soon after, his 3 daughters and now 3 grandchildren followed them to complete the family all in the area!

We were referred to Roger through family. We met with several realtors, including Roger and he by far was the most knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was honest and gave us excellent feedback on our property. He worked hard through several curveballs that were thrown our way but kept his word and was in constant contact with us. We recommend Roger to anyone looking for an agent.

My wife and I have bought and sold 6 houses and of all of the agents we have had, Roger is hands down the best!
He is knowledgeable, down to earth, empathetic, patient, a man of his word, and an extremely clear communicator.
A lot of agents say they are there for you but when you do need them they're not... Like the boss who says "I have an open door policy" but everytime you try to see them the door is closed. But whenever we reached out to Roger he was there, or if he was busy and we left a message we got a cal back the same day (usually within an hour!)
We are recommending him to our friends and family who are looking to buy or sell a home.

We were connected with Roger through Redfin and could not be more pleased with all of the assistance he provided to us in our purchase. Because of all of the restrictions due to Covid-19, we had to do things a bit differently, but Roger made everything as easy and simple as possible. He and Amy Livingston provided so much insight and local contacts to help us manage everything long distance. We highly recommend him to anyone searching for a home along 30-A!
