Roc is exceptionally knowledgeable and was extremely patient in our journey to select the perfect home. We were returning to SWF after being relocated again. We were most selective and know what we wanted and didn't want; Roc assured us the "perfect" home would come to us and we had to be patient to sift through the daily updates that he sent us. He was right! We are sooo happy that we listened and didn't compromise! We're finally back in paradise!

I started to look at property in August of 2021 throughout the state of Florida. Nothing compared to Naples and the Vineyards. This year we began the search to find a home and gave our agents the task of finding us the right home in our price range and in the Vineyards in 45 days. It took them less than 30 days to find me my dream home. Roc and John Fieder were always there for me and still are. Great company and agents.

I found Roc while in Naples on vacation for a week. My wife & I weren't planning to buy a property but Roc was quick to understand what we were looking for and took us out the same day to see homes. We only wanted newer or new construction. He found us a home that went beyond our expectations and today we are living the dream in Naples! He's an experienced listener and we recommend him often to our friends.
