Shelby specializes in the sale of new and existing homes in Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Conway, Garden City Beach, Surfside Beach, Litchfield and Pawley's Island. She is known for outstanding client service, 24/7 availability, solid communication skills, high-tech marketing techniques, and personal touches. She is a skilled negotiator with her client's best interests at heart. Shelby believes that it is her duty to not only represent her clients to the best of her ability, but also to educate them throughout every step of the process. She provides market insight, so that her clients make the best decisions possible. Shelby is honest, hard working, and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate industry and our lifestyle communities here in Myrtle Beach. Shelby volunteers and donates a portion of each commission to local animal rescue groups on behalf of her clients. Currently, she is a member of Realtors to the Rescue, which rescues animals from abandoned or foreclosed buildings and supports rescues and shelter groups financially. She is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University who loves to read, exercise, cook and do yoga in her spare time. She lives in Myrtle Beach with her dog and cat. She stays active in the community and enjoys participating in fundraising and charity events.
