Sonni was so incredible to work with. She was always very responsive and willing to take my husband and I around to look at Homes at times that fit our crazy schedule. We found an amazing house in only a few weeks and it was all thanks to sonni. I cannot recommend her enough! If I ever need to buy or sell, I will be using sonni.

We had the pleasure of working with Sonni Harvin for our relocation to metro Detroit. We relocated several times and predictably have experienced both highly proficient and suboptimal real estate professionals. Sonni exemplifies all the positive aspects of a true real estate professional. She brings to the table the complete package of market knowledge and process expertise. But her relentless commitment to providing outstanding customer service sets Sonni apart from the pack. We experienced considerable difficulty with our home search. Without Sonni's persistence and personalized approach, we likely would have given up. I would not want to work with anyone else in metro Detroit for any future real estate transactions. We would recommend Sonni for your realty needs with no hesitation. We are first time home buyers, and we were nervous about the entire process. We interviewed a few agents before Sonni, but we knew within minutes of meeting her, we’d go with her services.
Again, this was our first time, and Sonni was so kind and knowledgeable when answering alllll of our questions. She went above and beyond to explain things and teach us. She was very patient with all of our wants and needs and dislikes and our ever-changing list of requirements for a home, and sh, and she worked around our unconventional work schedules.
Sonni was honest about what houses were a good deal, cheap finishes, fair and unfair, etc. and knowledgeable about many different neighborhoods. She also has great recommendations for inspectors and loan officers. We were so please with everyone we came into contact with throughout the process thanks to Sonni.
