Including multi-family and HOA property management, as well as listing/selling real estate. I consistently receive annual Multi-Million Dollar Producer awards. Florida is a haven for 55+ homebuyers, thanks to its enticing weather with no snow or ice, palm trees, and the absence of state or Social Security income tax. The region offers a plethora of year-round outdoor and indoor activities, making it an ideal destination for an active and vibrant retirement lifestyle. West Central Florida is also less prone to the impact of hurricanes, being situated more centrally in the state. Additionally, the region's higher elevation brings cooler temperatures, a gentle everyday breeze, and lower humidity compared to southern Florida or coastal cities. There are both age-targeted and age-restricted 55+ communities, providing a diverse range of options. West central Florida stands out for its more affordable HOA fees and picturesque landscapes with rolling hills. The cost of living and real estate is notably more budget-friendly compared to other parts of Florida. Outside of work I love exploring and experiencing everything Florida has to offer. I have two cats that act just like kids: vying for attention, treats, toys, and turf! I'm addicted to Zombie shows and I am a voracious reader.
