My wife and I came to look at homes in the Villages of Citrus Hills back in November and prior to our arrival we contacted Susan to let her know we were coming out and we gave her all the details we were looking for in a home and neighborhood. She certainly did her homework on our behalf and showed us 5 beautiful homes in Terra Vista. After just one day of deciding which house was best for us Susan put in our offer and we got the house. However, just before we settled on our home a legal issue came up and we needed to wait an additional two months before we could settle. We have to say that Susan was absolutely fantastic during the process and in the end we got the home of our dreams. Thanks Susan!! We would highly recommend Susan to anyone looking for a real estate agent in Florida!

During our search for a new home out of state, during the Covid-19 virus, we were so lucky to have found Susan. She made us a virtual tour video after pinning down the perfect home with a pool. Susan always got right back to us day or night to answer all our questions. She went above and beyond giving us the information we needed about the area and neighborhood we selected. And all this was done via phone and internet. The first time we met with Susan was after our offer was accepted and we were seeing the house for the 1st time, and Susan was there to show us the repair items from the home inspection and thankfully, the house is everything we thought it would be. We are in love with our new home! Susan is a people’s person and we’ve developed what will be a long-time friendship. We would recommend Susan to anyone looking for a home.

We just spent a wonderful day with Susan showing us 8 homes in 7 communities, in 4 cities. She is the agent we have ever worked with and we have bought/sold 14 homes! She asks all the right questions to understand our wants and needs and truly listens to us...evidenced by the quality of the home tour we had today!
