Is there a rating above Excellent?? We knew from the beginning that we were dealing with a real professional! We had to move my elderly mother across the state to be closer to family and that meant we had to sell her condo. Todd was a tremendous asset and even coordinated contractors to complete some repairs that were necessary after the inspection. Initially we thought our absence would be a negative but Todd put our minds at ease and we soon knew we were in capable hands. We highly recommend Todd Spencer for any of your real estate needs.
