I have worked with Wanda several times over the years. Initially she helped me find a rental when I first relocated to Tucson and then when I decided where I should look for a house she was very helpful. When it was time to sell, I again chose Wanda to assist. Wanda was very easy to work with, knowledgable about the area and the specific neighborhoods that I was interested in. When it came time to finish the buy/sell transactions, everything was orchestrated and the whole process was very smooth with no surprises. I highly recommend Wanda.

She's a delight to work with! I purchased my home sight unseen (COVID-19) and I had every confidence in the world in Wanda. I traveled to AZ in January and knew I loved the area and was waiting for the right home to come along. Wanda did several video walk throughs so I could see the homes without having to travel. I so appreciated her honesty and I valued her opinion. I never felt rushed: she understood my needs and communicated quickly when something new was on the market.

Wanda has an extremely strong understanding of the Saddlebrooke/Robson communities which totally gives an out of state buyer confidence in their agent pick. She is a great listener and multi-taster who makes things happen. We give her 5 stars plus!!! I believe that she would do a fantastic job for you wherever you are buying or selling.
