About Golden Keys

Golden Keys is a 55+ community in Scottsdale, Arizona. This active adult neighborhood consists of 184 attached homes that were developed in 1964 by Dell Trailor. A well-established neighborhood, Golden Keys is just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, the heart of the city that has restaurants, art galleries, boutique stores, and a beautiful river walk housed in a combination of Old West and modern architecture. Golden Keys also provides several ways to keep residents busy thanks to its amenities and friendly atmosphere. 

Golden Keys Amenities

At the center of the community is the clubhouse, where multi-purpose rooms keep residents engaged and participating in activities and events. Outdoors, Golden Keys has an outdoor pool and patio for making the most out of Scottsdale's amazing climate. Two bocce ball courts are available for some friendly competition. Parks and natural space gives Golden Keys a picturesque backdrop.

Golden Keys Homes & Real Estate

Golden Keys was developed in 1964 and contained 184 beautiful attached homes upon completion. These homes range in size from approximately 1,394 to 2,318 square feet and offer two or three bedrooms, one or two bathrooms and an attached two-car garage. Homeowners enjoy that some of these homes boast office spaces, covered private patios, eat-in kitchens, and French doors that open to fenced-in backyards.

Golden Keys is located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Homeowners will find everyday shopping needs conveniently close by including a Walgreens, Fry's Food Stores, and restaurants. Los Ninos Hospital is five miles away on Thomas Road. Getting around town is easy with Interstate 10 just three miles to the south and, when your next destination is farther, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is just over six miles away.

Living within Golden Keys means enjoying access to all that the area has to offer. Old Town Scottsdale has year-round cultural events and spectacular shops to keep homeowners entertained just two miles from the community's entrance. Scottsdale is also the hiker's dream with Camelback Mountain and the McDowell Mountains providing miles of trails. Scottsdale and the surrounding areas have dozens of golf courses and, when you need some big-city entertainment, Phoenix is just ten miles away. Golden Keys is a terrific 55+ community in the Phoenix, Arizona area.
