About Green Valley Fairways

Green Valley Fairways is a 55+ community in Green Valley, Arizona. The entire community is made up of three subdivisions: Fairways I, Fairways II, and Fairways III. All three pay Green Valley Recreation (GVR) dues that give residents access to 13 recreation centers and an array of activities hosted in the GVR network. The combination of affordable homes in an age-restricted community in Southern Arizona makes Green Valley Fairways a popular choice for active adult homebuyers.

Green Valley Fairways Amenities

Residents of the Fairways have access to all of the facilities within Green Valley Recreation (GVR). There are 13 facilities that host an array of amenities that include multiple fitness centers, craft rooms, sports courts, hobby rooms, and pools. GVR also includes fishing lakes, parks, and miles of trails.

One of the 13 recreation centers is located right within the Green Valley Fairways area. The East Social Center’s clubhouse is complete with an auditorium, fitness center, meeting rooms, catering kitchen, and billiards room. Residents will enjoy living within a close distance to an outdoor pool and spa as well as tennis, pickleball, and volleyball courts.

Green Valley Fairways Homes & Real Estate

There are 759 single-family homes that encompass Green Valley Fairways. This established age-restricted community is one of the oldest 55+ communities in Green Valley. Most homes were built between 1963 and 1973 and offer between 963 and 2,220 square feet of living space. Generally the homes inside of Green Valley Fairways offer single-level living with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
