Northtown is a 55+ community in Phoenix, Arizona. This active adult neighborhood features a quiet and friendly setting with 281 residences. Homeowners enjoy a low-maintenance lifestyle as well as charming amenities. Residents of Northtown will enjoy an active and social lifestyle with all of the community events being offered. Ideally located in Maricopa County, active adults will enjoy scenic mountain views as well as everything the Phoenix area has to offer.
