Condo units may feature updated kitchens, open layouts, wood laminate floors, granite countertops, and private balconies or patios.

There are five unique floor plans offered in buildings 30 and 31 only, the Carlton, Fairmont, Remington, Westbury, and Waldorf. These condo units range in size from 1,200 to 2,130 square feet.
