With the purchase of a home, all residents become social members of the Terravita Country Club. Also with an additional golf membership, residents have full use of the private 18-hole championship golf course.

The 34,000 square-foot Terravita Country Club boasts five different dining options ranging from casual fare at The Grille to fine dining at the Sunset Dining Room. Here, the beautiful fitness facility boasts state-of-the-art cardio and strength training equipment, as well as an aerobics and spinning studio. Also included with a Terravita Country Club membership is access to many outdoor amenities including over six miles of scenic walking and biking trails.
