About Verde Groves

Verde Groves in Mesa, Arizona is a small age-restricted community with maintenance-free duplex homes. The community is comprised of 210 residences in a private, gated setting. It is an ideal community for buyers who want an intimate adult neighborhood near the heart of Mesa and its surrounding attractions.

Residents of Verde Groves enjoy the community's close proximity to the nearby Superstition Gateway shopping plaza that is home to many big name stores and specialty shops. In addition, great restaurants, a movie theater and other unique retail establishments are a short drive from home.

Verde Groves Amenities & Lifestyle

At the center of the community, a beautiful 10,000 square-foot clubhouse hosts a variety of great amenities such as a fitness room, card room, ceramics studio, arts and crafts studio, small ballroom, library, billiards and an outdoor pool with lap lanes. There are several clubs and interest groups in Verde Groves. Whether you enjoy cards and crafts or line dancing and water aerobics, you are likely to find other residents in the community who share your interests.

Verde Groves Homes & Real Estate

Verde Groves is comprised of ranch duplex homes that range from 1,206 to 1,612 square feet. All homes are maintenance-free and include two-car garages and shared courtyards. The homes were constructed between 1999 and 2004 and are reasonably priced with two to three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Hughes Development designed all the homes inside of this community specifically for active adult homebuyers.

Area

Verde Groves is located north of Highway 60 between Val Vista Drive and Higley Road. Residents can access downtown Phoenix in 30 minutes and the Sky Harbor Airport, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa and Apache Junction are all within a 20 minute drive. This gated community is located near a shopping plaza and many golf courses in Mesa. With many amenities, a vibrant social scene, and friendly neighbors, Verde Greens is a sought-after community in the Phoenix area.

I've only been here at VG for 2.5 months, but I love it. The homes are well-built; the property is extremely well-maintained; and the clubhouse facilities are nothing short of fantastic! I also like that it's a private, gated community that's close to everything that I want or need. I couldn't be more pleased with my choice of Verde Groves.
