About Victorian Estates

Victorian Estates is a 55+ community located in Prescott Valley, Arizona. This tight-knit community consists of 178 single-family homes that include open floor plans and a unique Victorian flair.

The community clubhouse is the center of this gated community where residents aged 55 or better enjoy meeting friends for parties and planned activities. There are outdoor and indoor amenities that cater to the active adult lifestyle.

Victorian Estates Amenities

The charming clubhouse at Victorian Estates functions as the social center for exciting events and activities. Residents enjoy gathering there to relax on the patio, participate in card games by the fireplace, or workout in the exercise area. After a brisk walk through the park, residents can relax their muscles in the indoor hot tub or outdoor pool. The clubhouse even has a large kitchen that s ideal for hosting parties.

In addition to the clubhouse, there are outdoor features at Victorian Estates. With gazebos and a park, residents can enjoy a picnic in the warm Arizona sun with friends. Since keeping up with health is a priority for active adults, the hiking trails and outdoor pool are great outdoor amenities found in Victorian Estates.

Victorian Estates Homes & Real Estate

Started in 1996 and completed in 2004, Victorian Estates in Prescott Valley has 178 homes within their gated community. All homes are detached, single-family ranch homes with open floor plans and attached garages. Victorian Estates offers seven different floor plans with at least two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage.

With sizes ranging from 1,020 to 1,719 square feet these homes are ideal for homebuyers looking for a low-maintenance lifestyle. There is a low quarterly fee that is collected by the homeowner's association. The fee covers the upkeep of common areas and attractive curb appeal of lawns.

Victorian Estates Lifestyle

Residents at Victorian Estates can participate in interest groups and daily activities in the clubhouse. With monthly luncheons and themed parties, the social scene is never-ending. Residents meet weekly to play games like billiards, bridge, and bunco. There are also poker and book clubs that meet weekly.

Residents also meet and plan trips together outside of Victorian Estates. Exciting tours, trips to museums, and shows are a great way to get to know neighbors.

Area

Located in Northern Arizona, Victorian Estates is in the heart of Prescott Valley just south of Route 69. With easy access to Interstate 17, Victorian Estates is close to StoneRidge and Quailwood Greens Golf Courses, shopping, and restaurants. Prescott Valley is home to wonderful parks and recreation. Arts and culture are available through the Civic Center where you can trace the history of Prescott Valley.

Victorian Estates

We are in our 60’s & decided to start looking for a place to retire. We were delighted to find Victorian Estates. It is the right size with 179 homes in a variety of models. The style of homes are Victorian or Craftsman & very well maintained. It is a pet friendly place with very friendly people. There are plenty of activities to attend. The HOA fees are reasonable & pay for trash p.u., street lights & care of common areas. There is a pool, steam room, Spa, pool table, a well run library & kitchen facilities. We don’t play golf or tennis but those things are nearby as is shopping. We are happy with our decision to live In Victorian Estates.
