VillageWalk at Lake Nona – Orlando

Set on the southeast side of Orlando, VillageWalk at Lake Nona enjoys a prime location within easy distance of central Florida’s amazing attractions. Nearby Orlando offers shopping, dining, and several theme parks, including Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, and Busch Gardens. The community is also only 30 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean and the Kennedy Space Station. Within the community, the Town Center offers resort-style amenities as well as services such as a post office, salon, gas station, and pet-grooming center. The planned 1,300 residences will include townhomes, villas, and single-family homes.

Vineyards – Naples

Located in the north Naples area, Vineyards is a 1,375-acre gated community provides many on-site amenities as well as a prestigious, vacation-style setting. A wide array of amenities are offered throughout the 70,000-square-foot main clubhouse and through smaller neighborhood clubhouses. The community boasts two 18-hole golf courses, multiple swimming pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, 12 Har-tru tennis courts, scenic lakes, and a 32-acre community park. The 2,733 residences include attached homes, condominiums, and single-family homes.

The Isles on Palmer Ranch – Sarasota

Sarasota is often considered one of Florida’s best cities for young retirees. Its central gulf coast location offers beautiful beaches and a wide variety of nearby shopping, dining, and cultural attractions. With 674 planned homes, The Isles on Palmer Ranch is a smaller community that still offers a spacious clubhouse, fitness center, sports courts, and several community activities.
