Traditions of America at Silver Spring is an active adult community full of single-family and attached homes in Mechanicsburg, the heart of Central Pennsylvania. It is only minutes from Lancaster and Lititz, making it convenient to charming shops, boutiques, historical attractions, museums, art, theatres, restaurants, and more.

Upon completion, Traditions of America at Lititz will have 244 attached and single-family homes, with prices ranging from the high $200s to the low $400s. The 72 attached homes are sized from 1,268 to 2,191 square feet while single-family homes range from 1,274 up to 2,951 square feet. All of the homes have two or three bedrooms and baths, plus attached two-car garages.  

Homeowners will be able to take advantage of the high-end clubhouse, which will feature a state-of-the-art fitness center, dance studio, and sauna, plus a restaurant and bar. Outside, there are tennis courts, trails, and a heated outdoor pool.

Traditions of America at Saucon Valley
