Built by First Montgomery Group from 2008 to 2009, it appeals to homebuyers that make low-maintenance living their priority. There are six floor plans ranging from 650 to 1,495 square feet. They come with one or two bedrooms and bathrooms, while some models have dens.

The Kings Run clubhouse includes an exercise room, pool table, and other activity rooms. Since the price point here is so reasonable, Kings Run is a highly sought-after property. It is in the very walkable town of Haddon Heights, which has charming shops and restaurants.

Four Seasons at Forest Meadows - Sicklerville

Low $200s - High $200s

Hovnanian’s Four Seasons at Forest Meadows is a mid-sized, active adult community of 197 resale single family homes built from 2003 to 2007. Homebuyers are drawn to its pastoral setting and well-appointed, ranch-style homes. There are 10 models sized from 1,872 to 2,021 square feet with two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. Some models also have basements.

There is an outdoor pool, tennis court, putting green, trails, and ponds on the property. An elegant clubhouse has a fitness center, game rooms, and a large gathering room. It is close to several shopping malls, Freeway Golf Course, and major highways.

Centennial Mill - Voorhees

Located in desirable Voorhees, Centennial Mill is a 55+ community of 401 attached and single-family resale homes built from 2004 to 2007 by Del Webb. There are four townhome models sized from 1,643 to 1,823 square feet. These feature one or two bedrooms, one to two-and-a-half bathrooms, and attached two-car garages.
