Britton Falls is a 55+ community located about 30 minutes northeast of Indianapolis. Del Webb began construction in 2006 and is ongoing with plans to feature over 1,000 single-family homes upon completion. Homebuyers are spoiled for choice as there are 22 different floor plans.

Residents can socialize at the community clubhouse known as The Chateau. The Chateau features a lounge area, library, billiards room, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Outdoors, residents can relax at the pool or play tennis or bocce.

Vandalia by Del Webb - Plainfield, IN

Mid $100s - Mid $300s

Vandalia by Del Webb is a 55+ community 20 miles southwest of Indianapolis. Construction began in 2015 and there will be 475 active adult homes upon completion. Vandalia has two series of homes, Monterey and Sonoma. Monterey has three floor plans and ranges from 1,222 to 1,498 square feet. Sonoma has four floor plans and ranges from 1,683 to 1,953 square feet.

A clubhouse exclusively for 55+ residents is planned for the community. The clubhouse will feature a fitness center, multi-purpose room, and an arts and crafts room. Outdoors, there will be tennis and bocce courts to go along with the scenic ponds in the community.

Stoney Meadow - Avon, IN

Mid $100s - Low $200s

Stoney Meadow is a 55+ community located 13 miles west of Indianapolis. Construction began in 2013 and there will be 113 attached homes upon completion. Floor plans range from 1,327 to 1,822 square feet and feature up to three bedrooms and bathrooms.

Stoney Meadow is not lacking for natural beauty. Walking and biking trails wrap around several scenic ponds in the community. Residents can also gather at the gazebo for community events and barbecues.

The Maples at Spring Mill - Westfield, IN

High $200s - High $300s

The Maples at Spring Mill is an active lifestyle community located 30 miles north of Indianapolis. Epcon Communities completed construction in 2015 and it features 118 single-family and attached homes.

There are three single-family models ranging from 1,519 square feet to 1,995 square feet which feature two bedrooms and bathrooms. The attached models range from 1,676 to 1,869 square feet and feature two bedrooms and bathrooms. The Maples has a clubhouse with a fitness center, offices, a library, and a catering kitchen. Outdoors, residents can take a dip in the pool or lounge at the patio in warmer months.
