The Daytona Beach Area is known for its sunny beaches, outstanding golf courses, diverse shopping options as well as being the future home of one of the most talked about 55+ communities in years, Latitude Margaritaville. Minto, a home builder with more than 40 years of experience, began selling in November at this sprawling, resort-like community that has ambitious plans for 6,900 homes upon completion.
With an impressive slate of proposed amenities and integrated retail areas, Latitude Margaritaville is sure to set the standard for active adult communities for years to come.
