Sales are starting soon for Lennar’s newest active adult community Auburn Village, located in Garner, North Carolina, right outside of Tar Heel State’s popular Research Triangle. The new, age-restricted community will feature 400 single-family homes spread over 120 scenic acres upon its completion. Homes being constructed in Auburn Village will provide homeowners with low-maintenance, single-level living, and will feature a number of ranch-style designs. Price points will start in the mid $200s and increase up to the high $300s.

Potential homeowners can get a sneak peek of the community during Lennar Homes’ community preview event that takes place on Saturday, May 4, 2019, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. During the preview event, guests will be the first to see the available homesites in Auburn Village, site maps of what the neighborhood is expected to look like, and the different home options. After the event, sales will begin on Wednesday, May 8.

Plenty of Residences to Choose From

Potential buyers will have plenty of options when it comes to the look, feel, and design of their new home as the community includes four unique home collections that were specifically designed for 55+ adults. While there are different collections, all the homes were designed with entertaining in mind and will have open layouts, spacious kitchens, the latest technology, and luxury finishes.

Auburn Village’s Sapphire Collection will have four floor plan options that range from 1,325 to 1,619 square feet of living space. Each floor plan will have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Home prices in the Sapphire Collection are set to be in the mid to high $300s.

Houses in the Garnet Collection range from 1,736 to 2,096 square feet of living space with two bedrooms, two or two-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Prices will start in the mid $300s for the Garnet Collection and there will be four floor plans to consider within the collection.

The neighborhood’s Diamond Collection boasts the largest homes in the community with four different floor plans that range from 2,281 to 2,711 square feet and can have two to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Price points range from the mid $300s and increase to the high $300s.

Along with those four, Auburn Village’s Amber Collection will be available later in the construction process and will feature duplexes that range in size from approximately 1,654 to 1,687 square feet of living space. There are two different floor plans that will be available in the Amber Collection and homes will have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a garage. Duplex prices will be in the high $200s.

So Many Amenities

Beyond the community’s many housing options, there are several other perks to owning a home in Auburn Village. Residents will have no trouble staying active or busy with plenty of ways to stay fit and social thanks to a myriad of amenities.

The community’s amenities are slated to include a large clubhouse for neighbors to gather and socialize and a state-of-the-art fitness center with cardio and weight lifting equipment for residents to use to help maintain a healthy life. Upon completion, Auburn Village will also boast a variety of outdoor amenities, which include pickleball and bocce courts, parks and natural space.

There’s also an event lawn and picnic area where residents can enjoy the neighborhood’s organized events and social gatherings that will be scheduled throughout the year. Additionally, there will be a large, saltwater pool and patio area that are the ideal spot to spend a warm summer day.
