While BellaTrae at ChampionsGate, Florida welcomes residents of all ages, active adults are sure to feel at home in this amenity-rich environment. The Amenities of BellaTrae 

At Club Bellavita, the community’s 12,500 square-foot clubhouse, residents can socialize with friends or take advantage of the various amenities. The state-of-the-art fitness facilities include cardiovascular and strength training equipment, men’s and women’s locker rooms, and a dedicated aerobics and dance studio. There is a game room for billiards or cards and a business center for resident use.
