There are plenty of airports in Pennsylvania, but three of the largest are Harrisburg International Airport, PHL Philadelphia International Airport, and Pittsburgh International Airport. About 30 miles from Philly Airport, this tight-knit neighborhood of 150 single-family homes was built from 1999 to 2003. Homes in the Village of Willow Run feature two or three bedrooms, two to three baths, and an attached garage. These low-maintenance residences offer about 1,100 to 1,900 square feet.

Amenities include a community clubhouse and an outdoor pool on the grounds. A homeowner’s association (HOA) fee covers landscaping, trash pickup, and pool maintenance. Royersford is part of Limerick Township, a quaint town with a rich historical past.

They have two to three bedrooms, two to three baths, and attached one- or two-car garages.
