Alston Park has a wide variety of home options with eight models for buyers to consider. Residences range from 1,406 to 2,492 square feet and can have at least two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.

The large development will feature more than 3,000 homes upon completion with the option to buy new homes only. Sun City Hilton Head’s villa townhomes offer approximately 1,000 square feet in space, while single-family homes are 4,000 square feet.
Along with its affordability, Sun City Hilton Head also offers residents a vast selection of amenities and an extensive list of organized clubs and interest groups. Horton began construction on the property in 2018 and has plans to build a total of 62 single-family residences upon completion.
