While development at Northridge Estates was completed in 1971, a number of the homes have been upgraded to include modern features.

Northridge Estates has a small clubhouse, two shuffleboard courts, and an outdoor pool. It doesn’t offer the resort-like amenities found at larger developments, but this community is a great option for those seeking an affordable home in a casual, tight-knit environment.
