Frisco Lakes – Frisco

Started in 2006 by Del Webb, Frisco Lakes is a lakefront 55+ community that will contain nearly 3,000 single-family homes upon completion. 

Homes in this best-selling 55+ community are designed to require minimal maintenance, giving residents more time to pursue their favorite pastimes. Many homes feature gourmet kitchens, spacious great rooms, and ample outdoor living space. 

Amenities abound at Frisco Lakes, from the 28,000-square-foot Village Center and Sports Complex to the 18-hole, par-72 golf course designed by Gary Stephenson Golf Design. Residents enjoy preferred tee times and discounted green fees.
