Builder C.P. Berry Homes officially broke ground last week on its newest 55+ community called Rolling Green at Topsfield in Massachusetts. The groundbreaking ceremony was held on August 16 and was attended by the builders’ four generations of active family members in the business, local officials from the town of Topsfield, and members of the Board of Selectmen, Planning Board, Conservation Commission, and others.
Rolling Green at Topsfield will be a new 55+ condo community that will be comprised of 30 homes in 15 duplex-style buildings spread across 13.5 acres of land near the Topsfield/Ipswich line off Boston Street. Homes will come in three unique styles and range in size from about 2,200 to 2,600 square feet. All residences will include first-floor master suites, living rooms with a fireplace, a kitchen with adjacent dining areas, laundry rooms, a guest bedroom with a full guest bathroom on the second floor, an outdoor deck, and an attached garage. This active adult community will provide residents with a pavilion, walking trails, and open spaces. A condo association fee will cover exterior home maintenance such as landscaping, snow removal, and building maintenance.
