These 7,500 condominiums feature nine different one- and two-bedroom models that offer between 600 and 1,563 square feet of low-maintenance living space. The 125,000 square-foot clubhouse is the meeting place for residents to enjoy themselves at parties and gatherings. There’s a theater, a fitness center, a library, and a handful of classrooms where clubs can meet and new skills can be learned. The city of Boca Raton offers plenty of shopping and entertainment opportunities as well as highly reputable hospitals and medical centers

Century Village at West Palm Beach

Active adults who need to be close to the beach can relax into the coastal lifestyle at Century Village at West Palm Beach. This condominium community consists of 6,500 resale homes built between 1970 and 1995. This community is set up for outdoor recreation, with eight pools throughout the neighborhoods, four tennis courts, and 39 shuffleboard courts. There’s also a clubhouse, a theater, a fitness center, and a game room. All condos have balconies that offer golf course or water views.
