Quail Creek

The Sun Lakes property is comprised of five country club style neighborhoods – there are 6,683 homes in all. Located on the south side of Chandler, about 25 miles from downtown Phoenix, each neighborhood has its own golf course and clubhouse. Each neighborhood has its own flavor and homebuyers can find one that matches their preferences. A long-established community, construction began in 1972 and was completed in 2006. Houses in Sun Lakes are only available on a resale basis and are priced from below $100k – high $500s.
Sun Bird
Just down the way from Sun Lakes, the Sunbird community is also located in Chandler and, unlike many of the other Robson properties, is a true 55+ age-restricted community. Construction began in 1988 and was completed in 1998, making homes available on a resale basis only.
