The Quail Creek community is located in Green Valley, AZ, just 30 miles south of Tucson. Started in 1998, there are 4,000 homes and new single-family homes are currently being constructed. Robson Ranch, AZ
Robson Ranch AZ was established in 2004 and new home builds are ongoing. SaddleBrooke Ranch is situated in Oracle, which is about 30 miles north of Tucson, and is Robson’s newest property. The builder broke ground in 2008 and homes are priced in the high $200s – low $600s range. Saddlebrooke Ranch is a popular choice for active adults due to its design and lifestyle to be found. The property boasts an impressive new amenity, the La Hacienda Club. Opened at the end of 2010, this clubhouse has a variety of ways to enjoy a life of leisure.
The Sun Lakes property is comprised of five country club style neighborhoods – there are 6,683 homes in all. Located on the south side of Chandler, about 25 miles from downtown Phoenix, each neighborhood has its own golf course and clubhouse. Each neighborhood has its own flavor and homebuyers can find one that matches their preferences. A long-established community, construction began in 1972 and was completed in 2006. Houses in Sun Lakes are only available on a resale basis and are priced from below $100k – high $500s.
Just down the way from Sun Lakes, the Sunbird community is also located in Chandler and, unlike many of the other Robson properties, is a true 55+ age-restricted community. Construction began in 1988 and was completed in 1998, making homes available on a resale basis only. A more intimate community, just 1,631 homes, residents at Sunbird enjoy its 43,000 square-foot recreation center and 18-hole golf course, along with many other activities.
