If there’s one thing that active adults love about attached homes, it’s that they usually require less upkeep than single-family homes. Having less space to clean and fewer outdoor chores translates into more leisure time and less things to worry about. Other benefits of townhome living include lower utility bills and a stronger sense of community. Today, we're looking at Burlington County, New Jersey real estate, specifically 55+ neighborhoods with attached homes in a variety of price ranges.
As the largest county in the state, Burlco stretches from the Delaware River Waterfront down to Great Bay. It has highly populated towns like Marlton, rural areas like Browns Mills, forestlands, and parks. It's also close to both Philadelphia and Atlantic City. Burlington County offers a little bit of everything, really, and here are four active adult communities in this region offering attached homes.

This inviting retirement community was built from 2007 to 2014 by Ryan homes, and it has 112 resale attached and single-family homes.
