Set in the heart of North Carolina’s Triangle area, Carolina Preserve is a beautiful Del Webb community which offers an impressive array of amenities and activities. In addition to the Carolina Preserve clubhouse’s exclusive recreations, residents can also enjoy access to the Amberley Residents Club in the larger Amberley master-planned community.

Since opening in 2006, Carolina Preserve has welcomed active adults aged 55 or better. The community’s social and recreational amenities, diverse homes and prime location in Cary, North Carolina, have all come together to create a resort-style destination for retirees and empty nesters who want to get the most out of their next phase of life. Upon completion, Carolina Preserve is expected to contain  over 1,200 homes including single-family and attached home designs.

While Carolina Preserve currently offers both new and resale homes, development is nearly complete and new construction homes are almost sold out. Both single-family and attached villas are built by Del Webb and are designed to meet the needs of active adult homebuyers. Highlights include main-level living, large great rooms and luxurious master bedroom suites.

Carolina Preserve’s attached villas are offered as duplexes in two models with either 1,297 or 1,393 square feet. Each design includes two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and an attached two-car garage. The larger model also has a separate den. Single-family homes throughout the community range in size from 1,244 to over 2,500 square feet. They feature two to four bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, and two-car garages. Many also have separate dens and some homes have larger two-and-a-half-car garages. Although master bedroom suites are located on the first floor, some models do offer additional living space with second-story lofts.
