The spacious single-family homes come in two floor plan collections, the Classics and the Premiers, and range from 1,399 to 3,338 square feet with two to five bedrooms, two to four bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. Features in many homes include spacious open concept floor plans, gourmet kitchens with central islands, owner’s suites with walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms, family rooms, dens, and covered porches. Designed for first-floor living, many floor plans can be customized to include second-story lofts and basements.

The attached homes range from 1,339 to 1,516 square feet with two or three bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, and attached one- or two-car garages. Many of the attached homes feature open-concept layouts, living rooms with gas fireplaces, owner’s suites with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets, kitchens with central islands, dens, and patios. The attached homes are available on a resale-only basis, while the single-family homes can be purchased as new construction homes.
