Opened in 2007, Champions’ Club at Jonathan’s Landing is a 55+ active adult community located just south of Dover, in Magnolia, Delaware. This lovely retreat offers small town charm, while also being within close proximity of The Dover Mall, various restaurants, beautiful beaches and challenging golf courses.

Champions’ Club at Jonathan’s Landing was opened in 2007, by The McKee Group, with plans for a total of 326 single-family homes. These homes are currently available on either a resale or new construction basis. While it is a smaller community, Champions’ Club at Jonathan’s Landing offers several indoor and outdoor amenities.


The 6,900-square-foot clubhouse provides plenty of space where residents can mingle with neighbors, take part in community activities and make new friends. The Americana Series includes four floor plans, ranging in size from 1,224 to 1,324 square feet. They offer one to three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.

Homebuyers who prefer a larger home may choose a design from the Classic Series. This collection includes five models with floor plans that range from 1,544 to 1,883 square feet.
