Nestled in Fort Mill, Four Seasons at Gold Hill is a charming active adult community which welcomes residents aged 55 or better with a spacious clubhouse, thoughtfully-designed homes, and lovely scenic grounds.

Four Seasons at Gold Hill was developed by K. Hovnanian between 2005 and 2008, which means it is a relatively new community which still has time for its landscaping to begin to mature. The area’s lovely natural scenery has been incorporated throughout the community’s grounds in many small touches.


This intimate community has only 303 homes, which makes it easy for residents to get to know their neighbors while enjoying a tranquil neighborhood and a prime location near many appealing attractions.
