Maracay Homes are priced in the high $300s and feature open layouts, single-level living, flexible living spaces, Energy Star certified designs, and plenty of options for personalization.

TW Lewis by David Weekley offers the largest collection of single-family homes within Victory at Verrado. They offer 2,563 to 3,500 square feet of living space and have three bedrooms, a den, two-and-a-half or three-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two-and-a-half or three-car garage. These single-family homes are priced in the mid $400s and feature beautiful interiors, single-level living, open layouts, elegant master suites, and covered patios.
