Prices start in the high $200s, and there are two floor plans for potential homebuyers to consider. Homes range from 1,788 to 2,638 square feet and have two bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and two-car garages. The large, resort-style community of Trilogy Lake Norman features 1,100 single-family homes that are only available as new construction. The 55+ neighborhood offers nine floor plans that vary in size from 1,364 to 2,550 square feet. Plans can have between two to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and one- to two-car garages.

At the heart of the community sits an expansive 30,000-square-foot clubhouse that features a grand living room, gathering rooms, a lounge, and an on-site restaurant. Residents will also have access to a fitness center with the latest in cardio and weight lifting equipment, plus an indoor lap pool.

Other noteworthy amenities within the community include an art studio; tennis, pickleball, and bocce ball courts; an outdoor amphitheater; an event lawn; and walking and biking trails.
