Let's take a look at Heritage Creek and all it has to offer.

Bucks County might just be one of the best places to retire in Pennsylvania, and Heritage Creek is one of its premier 55+ communities. It was built from 2000 to 2004 by Mignatti Companies, and it consistently receives positive reviews for its thoughtfully designed floor plans and impressive amenities.

Home Models and Prices

Heritage Creek has five condominium buildings on its property, with a total of 115 condo units. Each building has elevators and garages, and there are five floor plans ranging from 1,217 to 1,685 square feet with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, with luxury master suites.

Heritage Creek also has 402 single-family homes that come in six models ranging from 1,550 to 2,086 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, first-floor master suites, and attached two-car garages. The Ross and Franklin models feature optional second floors. Some of these desirable homes also have upgrades like oak cabinets, sunrooms, decks, and storage units. Prices range from the mid $200s to the mid $500s.

The Marquis Club and Spa is an elegant social and wellness center where residents spend much of their time. Inside, there's a ballroom, a catering kitchen, a computer room, hobby rooms, and a fitness complex with an indoor pool, a spa, saunas, and lockers. During the warmer months, homeowners can head outside to swim in the outdoor pool or play shuffleboard, pickleball, bocce ball, or tennis.

The active homeowners’ association at Heritage Creek provides for lawn care, trash pickup, snow removal, and exterior building maintenance. This gives residents more time to participate in the community’s many clubs and activities, like the singles club, water exercise classes, chorus, Jewish Heritage club, Italian American Culture club, and scrapbooking. Many residents also volunteer for neighborhood committees, like gardening, events, community pride, travel, property management, and Heritage Creek’s website management.
