Attached Villas are available in two-bedroom styles, some of them with dens. They are between 1,092 and 1,856 square feet. Single-family homes and carriage houses are also offered, they range from 1,200 to 2,631 square feet. The Estate and The Masterpiece series are comprised of homes with up to 3,000 square feet of living space.

Two main neighborhoods make up On Top of the World. Meridian Preserve is larger, and the homeowners' association dues paid by residents include lawn care and community maintenance. There’s also Candler Hills, which is gated and includes golf course views. Both neighborhoods have access to the community’s clubhouse and amenities.

OTOW already has several great amenities, but they still keep improving, including at the newly remodeled Arbor Fitness Center.
