Potomac Green currently only offers homes for resale. Built between 2005 and 2016, and ranging in price from the high $300s to the low $600s, residents have many different housing options. With 1,400 homes ranging from 890 to 2,900 square feet, potential residents are sure to find a house that fits their needs.

Virginia has become home to a growing number of wineries, including the Northern Virginia Wine Trail which usually offers live music in addition to tastings on the weekends.
