Trilogy at Ocala Preserve offers five available model options.

Construction on Trilogy® at Ocala Preserve began in 2014, and Shea Homes is still building new residences. A total of 1,600 single family homes are in the works in five available models. The Escape, Reflect, and Riviera Collections are complete, and they offer a variety of floor plans that range in size from 1,320 square feet to 2,451 feet.

These homes have two- or three-bedroom layouts, and some include a den that residents can use as a home office or an additional guest bedroom. Soon to materialize are The Resort Collection and The Freedom Collection. Buyers can choose their favorite upgrades in these homes, whether it’s a walk-in closet, a covered lanai, or a two-car garage. Standard homes come with luxuries like granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and energy-efficient design and construction.

If a low-maintenance lifestyle is what you’re after, Trilogy® at Ocala Preserve will deliver. There’s an association that includes the exterior maintenance of all properties, as well as lawn care, security, street lights, and golf course maintenance. Monthly association dues will even cover the cable bill and internet service.

Amenities and Lifestyle

Residents will have a resort feel at the outdoor community pool.

Two clubhouses give residents a place to gather for social, recreational, and educational purposes. Oak House is a 17,000 square-foot clubhouse, and home to The Salted Brick, a restaurant where farmhouse meets sophistication. Residents can relax at the bar, and enjoy a private dining area for special events.

There’s also Rose Farm’s Kitchen, a culinary studio that provides cooking classes or hosts private meals. The Oak House also has a salon, a spa, a game room, and an exercise room. The Tack House is where residents find The Trilogy Marketplace, as well as a business center, computers, and a fitness center with all the latest equipment.

Residents often enjoy cooling off at the zero-entry resort-style outdoor swimming pool and enjoying views of the lake from the veranda. Crowds usually gather for drinks and live music on Saturday afternoons. There are also tennis courts, bocce ball courts, and an 18-hole golf course that Tom Lehman designed. Walkers and bikers can enjoy 21 miles of trails and scenery that wind through picturesque neighborhoods.

Ocala is in Marion County, one of the most desirable areas to live in central Florida. It’s popular for its horse farms, the Ocala National Forest, and tons of recreational activities. Whether you want to swim in Alexander Springs or visit the Appleton Museum of Art, Ocala has plenty to do and also offers a diverse selection of shopping and dining possibilities in the historic downtown area.
