Developed by Shea Homes, this gated community features an impressive lineup of amenities and activities to explore, including a state-of-the-art clubhouse and athletic club. Nestled in the rolling hills of South Lake County, residents of Trilogy Orlando are encouraged to spend their free time doing whatever they like. Whether it’s lounging by the resort-style pool or joining one of the many offered clubs, Trilogy Orlando seeks to be a top destination for active adults.


Opened in 2005, Trilogy Orlando includes over 1,500 single-family homes dispersed between seven collections: Villa Cortile, Floral, Arbor, Reflect, Groves, Lake, and Freedom. Homebuyers can also select resale models offered by the community’s previous builder, Levitt & Sons, who built approximately 238 homes before Shea Homes acquired the community in 2010.

These elegant homes range from 1,305 to 2,930 square feet and are designed to include open layouts, outdoor entertainment features, and optional finishes. True to its vision of promoting an engaging lifestyle for residents, Trilogy Orlando includes a high-end athletic club.
